A pastry of Jewish origin, blackened chicken, potatoes, are enclosed in dough.

Yuan Duck
A pan-glazed duck breast in a soy sauce-mirin-sake-citrus marinade.
"Yuan" was a Tea Ceremony Master from the Edo period in China, this dish is named after him.

Mulligatawny Soup
A "Pepper Water " soup originating from southern India. This soup is based on a rich meat or vegetable broth highly seasoned with curry and other spices. It usually contains bits of chicken (or other meats) made with yellow lentils.

Antipasti Salad
We have lightened up this hearty Italian salad with Roasted Red pepper, field green and fresh Mozzarella.
